Jane E. Callahan, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Jane is the Founder and Principal of HR Alternatives providing consulting, coaching and training services since 1994. Her background includes over 20 years of practical Human Resources management coupled with a degree in Industrial Personnel Psychology and an MBA. In addition to management coaching and human resources consulting and outsourcing, she facilitated Executive Briefings on topics of interest to business owners and executives. She also conducts a variety of customized workshops for employees of all levels. Jane is a Director of The Old Colony YMCA. She was formerly a Director of The Metro South Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Board of The Community Bank, Trustee of Goddard Health Services, Inc., and a member of the Bridgewater State College Foundation. She is a former adjunct instructor of UMASS Boston and Stonehill College. She continues to support various professional and community organizations including Bridgewater Communities for Civil Rights.

Mary E. Baker, SHRM-CP

Mary Ellen is the second generation of the Callahan family to join HR Alternatives. She is a graduate of the College of Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts and is a SHRM (Society of Human Resources Management) Certified Professional. Mary has 7 years of experience in compensation and workforce analysis. She has experience developing and delivering school curriculum and facilitating professional development and networking conferences.

Mary Ellen is providing outsourced HR services to client companies, managing special projects and conducting employee workshops.

Mary Ellen enjoys reading and spending time outdoors playing and exploring with her husband David, their son and their fur-baby. She serves as an Ambassador for the Metro South Chamber of Commerce.
